Volunteer Program

At this time we are only taking volunteers who would like to be on call for events. If you want to be a volunteer for events please fill out our Event Volunteer application form (which can be found at the bottom of this page) and the form to sanders@poetrynw.org.

If you are interested in applying for one of the following non-paid jobs (see Available positions below) at Poetry Northwest please send fill out the Position Application (see below) to kate@poetrynw.org, along with a copy of your resume.

Internship Program

Poetry Northwest takes interns for the fall and spring semesters, as well as over the summer. The internships offered are in development, marketing, and advertising. If you would like to intern with Poetry Northwest, please plan on doing the following:

1.    Send the Intern Application form (see below) with your resume to sanders@poetrynw.org
2.    Plan on attending an Intern Information Session. For dates about upcomin sessions, download the form below.
3.    Schedule an interview following the information session.

Internships run for the length of the semester or three months over the summer. Please make sure to apply early because internship positions tend to fill up.
